Wish Wonder Clips offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your birthday video or card, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or send us a message through our contact page and we will help you.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is issued, the card page and video link for that order stop working, and we stop sending any related emails. You are welcome to order again at any time.
If something goes wrong with your video
If your video fails to generate, arrives with a problem, or the wrong details were used, contact us first — in most cases we can regenerate it for you at no extra cost. You can still ask for a refund within the 14-day window instead.
