1. Who you are dealing with

Wish Wonder Clips ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and sells personalised animated birthday video messages and birthday cards featuring our own original characters. When you use this website or buy from us, you are entering into an agreement with Wish Wonder Clips. You can reach us through our contact page.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. By ordering you confirm that you are of legal age to make a purchase, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian, and that any information you give us (names, ages, messages, email addresses) is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

3. What we provide

You choose one or more of our characters, tell us the recipient's name and a short message, and we produce either an emailed birthday card or an animated birthday video together with a card, depending on the package you buy. Each order is delivered as a private link, and videos are generated with the help of automated animation and voice tools. Every clip is unique, so small variations in animation, timing, and voice are normal and are not defects.

4. Your content and how you may use ours

You are responsible for the names, ages, messages, and email addresses you submit. You must have the right to include them, and you must not submit anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, defamatory, misleading, or infringing on anyone else's rights, and you must not impersonate another person. You give us permission to use what you submit only to create and deliver your order.

We own all rights in our characters, artwork, voices, music, animation, software, and branding. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view, share privately, and enjoy the video or card you purchased. You may not resell it, use it commercially or in advertising, re-upload it as your own work, edit it to change its meaning, use it to train machine-learning models, or extract our characters for your own products. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it, remove infringing content where appropriate, and may refuse service to repeat infringers.

5. Acceptable use of the site

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or spam activity.
• No infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
• No interfering with the security of the site: no malware, probing, scraping, bulk downloading, bypassing payment or access controls, or attempting to reach other customers' orders.
• No reverse engineering or redistributing any part of the service.

6. Payment, billing, and cancellation

Prices are shown on the website before you pay. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our purchases are one-off payments per order; there is no subscription. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Availability and disclaimers

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that the website or video generation will be uninterrupted, always available, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Automated animation and voice output may contain imperfections; please check your video before sharing it.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or missed occasions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the content you submit or from your misuse of the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the service, and remove content or orders, if you materially breach these terms, do not pay, present a fraud or security risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our acceptable use rules. Where an order is cancelled or refunded, the related card page and video link stop working.

10. Changes, law, and disputes

We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies to your order at the time you place it. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, sale, or restructure. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
